| Jack Sun, co-Founder, President and CEO Jack co-founded Helicomm in 2002 with the vision to build a world-class company by leveraging global resources. Previously, at Novatel Wireless, he built a new product team comprised of both engineering and business development for the PC data card now deployed by Sprint PCS. Prior to Novatel Wireless, Jack held development and management roles at Motorola. Mr. Sun received his doctoral degree and master degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University, East Lansing, Michigan. As CTO, C.C. has built a dynamic and global product development team which successfully implements the world's first ZigBee compliance module solution. Prior to Helicomm, he led a global messaging initiative at Novatel. Prior to Novatel, C.C. engaged in cellular handset development at Motorola. C.C. earned his M.S. degree and 4 years in the Ph.D. Computer Science program at Michigan State University. He received his B.S. degree in Computer Science at National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan. C.C. also holds his MBA degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Michael Li, General Manager of Helicomm-Taiwan As General Manager of Helicomm-Taiwan, Michael leads Helicomm's strategy on Asian sales channels. Previously, Michael founded WirelessPlug and served as its CEO. In 2005, Helicomm and WirelessPlug agreed to merge. Prior to WirelessPlug, Michael was Key Account Manager at Unisys-Taiwan leading IT system integration projects in industry, government and telecommunications in Taiwan. Michael also spent his early career as a Device Integration Engineer with Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC). Michael received his M.S. in Electrical Engineering at Western Michigan University and his B.S. in Electro-Physics at National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan.
